Housing for Good was formed by Keola Westcott and Stephen Van Der Walt to deliver social and affordable housing with registered community housing providers, in step with Q-CHIP. Our model is practical: find the site, carry the early work, bring in a licensed builder, and be paid only as the project reaches its milestones.
